Canceling A Job Through CINC

If you have a job/order in LetterStream that was submitted through CINC and needs to be canceled, you'll need to contact CINC directly in order to accomplish that.  They'll be able to locate the order quite quickly, as well as help with issuing any refunds or credits that are required as a result of canceling the job.
